Hello, thank you for stopping at my shop! This listing is for a digital download for plaid and patterned snowmen. No Physical product will be sent. You will receive 5 different snowmen in this set. Snowmen come pre measured and can rest on top of an easel or lean on your tiered shelf. If you would like to adjust the measurements, you can change the size inside your Glowforge app. Click on the object you want to change size and use the ruler function on the bottom left corner of your Glowforge software to change sizes of snowmen. This file was tested on both a Glowforge Basic unit as well as a Glowforge Pro. This file has had multiple successful runs on both machines without fail. I used 1/8″ MDF cut on speed 150 on my Glowforge Pro at full power and 120 on my basic. I spray painted these after cutting. I used Krylon paint to get the desired effect. I used flat white, deep matte gray, and pewter gray. The plaid and patterned layers go on top of the matching bottom layer. Be sure if you resize these, you adjust the size of the coordinating back piece. ***Please note you must set the large snowman with the little houses to “score” not engrave. I purchased my MDF from GS2 Awards. I do not recommend using plywood or birch as it tends to char and break easily. I do not recommend using wood on intricate cuts for these reasons. Wood often breaks easily. MDF tends to be stronger and withstands breakage. Unfortunately there are no refunds on digital files. Please be absolutely sure that you review all photos and information prior to purchasing. Please ask any questions prior to purchase. Please limit questions about the file only rather than questions about the Glowforge and the software as I am not affiliated with the company and do not want to give you the wrong advice about your machine. File will be available immediately after purchase. Please be sure you are using your most current up to date email address as you will be emailed the SVG file from Etsy. Easels were purchased on Amazon. There is no file included for the easels. Please search mini easels 5″ to locate the ones you desire. This violates the terms of the license and will be revoked. Sellers do not email the links you receive following your purchase. That is an automated system that sends a link that directs you back to your account. That email does NOT contain the actual files you purchased. It is a link that takes you to the Etsy website where you will need to log into your account. If you know your email associated with your Etsy and your password you do NOT NEED that link you were sent nor do you need to have access to that email account. All you need to do is log on, click on your picture in the top right hand corner where your account icon is. There is a triangle drop down. You click that and you will see a menu. You will see purchases. Click that. You will see your files ready to download. If you don’t know your password, that will be an issue. You will need to contact Etsy support to assist you with password recovery. Please be sure your email addresses are updated regardless when using Etsy. You can update your email address in settings on the Etsy website. Or you can contact Etsy buyer support to assist you with updating your account. As a seller who also works a highly stressful full time job I am unable to check my messages throughout the day to properly assist with these issues. I know some sellers are available throughout the day and can provide assistance but not all of us are. Please extend some grace to all Etsy Sellers and assume we are all on some wild journey and a million miles from home. Also, did you know it’s against Etsy terms and conditions to email out files?? Yes! We are actually NOT ALLOWED to take conversations off of the Etsy platform and have private conversations through email.
